Sounding much like a computer program, this was actually a great little art museum that we came across, featuring loads of European art. None of the major works but loads of gret lesser known pieces by some of the greats. My husbnd and I really enjoyed it here.

I think it's possible to visit something unbearably famous evey day on your holiday in Los Angeles, and for me this was the highlight. The main building is amazing too but it's the sprawling collection spread over 9 buildings that really amazed me.

The Getty Center

My husband and I really enjoyed our visit here. The architecture and the setting of the place was lovely, the art inside was great. Would definitely recommend also taking the funicular to the top of the Santa Monica Mountains as the view is great!

The Getty is one of the premier art museums in the world. The western collection is espcially significant. Sculture, architecture and design are featured both indoors and outside. This is a clean, crisp, joyful art experience with a great store and resturant as well. Admission is free to all.
