A great family-friendly place to go that's not too ridiculously expensive or too busy. We had such a fun day out here there were rides to suit all of us from the super brave to the small and scaredy!

Six Flags Magic Mountain

Without a shadow of a doubt the best theme park i've been to, the sheer number and variety of high-adrenaline rides was just what I was hoping for from the reputation of the park. It is expensive, and quite a trek out there but you're not going to be in LA every day are you?

We took our two sons here. We tried a couple of the rides but most of them were a bit hair raising for us. We were assured that it was a really good theme park though and certainly broke up the monotony of sightseeing for them!

Disneyland

We took the kids and ended up quite enjoying it ourselves. Its a truly world class attraction and really quite magical. Its still in pristine condition and there is plenty of entertainment laid on other than the rides.

While smaller than its more famous cousin, Disneyland in Lose Angeles is still a great theme park and vacation destination. Here guests can see where Disney first entered into the theme park business, including original versions of the park’s iconic rides, as well as attractions that can only be found in Disneyland, like the Matterhorn. It truly is the happiest place on Earth.
