It's increadible to think of this collection belonging to private hands, the scope and range is pretty increadible, and you really can see the whole range of European paintings plus the wildly underrated American Nineteenth Century Paintings!

Under an overpass out to the north of the city you'll find a wonderful collection of sculptures including one by Miro!! Our hotel was near it but would definitely make an effort to go.

Lovely little place, a history of Madrid and its metro system housed in an old station. It's totally adorable and free!

This is the Blind Museum, for blind people, and even thouigh we aren't at all visually imparied it was such fun to go here. The touchy-feely aspect of everything is just great, a really memorable place to go.
