Fantastic, Michelin starred restaurant that offers you a taste of the best that Spanish cuisine has to offer. It's not cheap and the service is very formal but if you enjoy eating fine food I can think of no better place on the Island.

Drach caves

The Drach Caves are world-renowned. Inside you'll find Martel Lake, one of the largest underground lakes in the world. There are three chambers inside the caves, Cueva Negra (Black Cave), Cueva Blanca (White Cave) and Cueva Luis Salvator (Luis Salvator Cave). Take a boat ride through the caves and don't miss the classical music concerts.

Lively atmosphere, great food and reasonably priced restaurant that was well populated by locals (always a good sign)!
