We were wandering the back streets of Palma and came across this lovely church and convent. So peaceful, just the sort of thing i love to come across when i'm on holiday.

My grandparents loved this church, partly for its peace but also for its many pretty chapels and the glorious main altar. I loved the terrace outside with its gargoyles which was a lovely spot to eat our lunch.

Palma Cathedral is a bizarre sight. Its quite squat by comparison with other cathedrals. As mights be expected from a Catholic church in Spain, its incredibly ornate.
