Being a Muslim country, Morroco's not always the easiest place to find a spot for a quiet beer at the end of the day. Charly's cabaana is a great spot and stays open, even during Ramadan. There's a nice outside patio area and a restaurant inside with tagines, couscous and other Moroccan specialities.

This is a pretty touristy way to spend an evening but it's really good fun if you put considerations of authenticity to one side. It's just outside town and comprises - over the course of four hours - a four course meal, performances by belly dancers and musicians as well as displays by camels and horses. The whole evening is rounded off with a great firework display.
