We were staying nearby this wonderful course and I was lucky enough to have a couple of days where I could indulge my passion. The course goes round the houses!!

I have to say I was attracted here for the name, but I was also pleased with the place once we arrived. We were staying close by and as our local beach we were very very happy.

Miami has a large latino population and it was gret to get a taste of this. my man and me wandered about during the day eating lovely food and soaking up the atmosphere and then were amazed to find an impromput music festival pop up that evening so we danced til we dropped!

south of downtown, head for maximo gomez park and just stroll round the surrounding area (SW15th ave and SW8th st)

Jungle Island

This is a unique place to interact with animals and they do a good job of making you feel like you've stepped into the jungle. It is captivating for kids especially. As with all the area theme parks it is expensive, but the shows are really great.

Miami Duck Tours

This is part local guided tour and part comedy routine. We had a fun time together, viewing the city and the homes of the famous locals. The vehicle is amphibious - so you drive around town then they take you out on the water to view things from that perspective. It is very entertaining and informative.
