Lovely place to hang out, watch the sun go down, eat some food, meet some cool people and just enjoy being in Mumbai.

My boyfriend and I went here for a day's relaxing and it was a real treat. There's some lovely gardens to explore, as well as a lake which we sat by most of the day. Heading up to the observation pavilion is also a great thing to do here.

This was our favourite area of Mumbai, the views are spectacular, the kamala nehru park and the hanging gardens especially offer great views as well as other diversions, and the streets are just great for a stroll, you don't quite know what you might find which is what holidays are all about.

The climb to Peth Village is fairly easy going and affords you incredible views of some beautiful surrounding scenery. There are waterfalls along the way and you get great vistas out over surrounding plains, mountain ranges and valleys.

If you want to escape the city take a walk up to the top of Malabar Hill where you can get a brilliant view of the city and some peace and quiet! Grab a bus or a taxi out and up to the top. You wont regret it.
