Being a big baseball fan, I always try to make it a point of trying to catch a game when I am in a major league city. Denver has to have one of the nicest ball parks I have seen in Coors Field, with great views, even in inexpensive seats, and a great selection of food to munch on during the game.

As a big fan of Tom Clancy’s works, when I visited Moscow I made it a point to visit the KGB Museum of Security Service on Lubyanka, where there are exhibits covering the history of the KGB, as well as some of its spy tools that it used over the years.

One of the coolest places to visit when touring Washington, DC is the Bureau of Printing and Engraving. It is at this location that much of the nation’s paper currency is printing, and there is a tour that shows the process, in a ride through vehicle. It is both educational, and fun.

I have always loved history, and learning about foreign countries. That is why when I was visiting Tel Aviv on business, I made sure to follow a friend’s recommendation and visit the Independence Hall Museum. Formerly the house of a Tel Aviv mayor, it was the site that the state of Israel was proclaimed, and there interesting exhibits on the history of the nation, and its founding.

If you are visiting Beijing and are looking for a centrally located boutique hotel that is economical while not cutting back on services, then the best recommendation I can give you is to visit the Hotel G. While the rooms are a bit small, the service level of the staff is exemplary, and do an amazing job to make your stay in their city great.
