Hotel Giulio Cesare

This gracious, 4-star hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, but centrally located for sightseeing (the Prati district near St. Peter's). It has air conditioned rooms! Although it is not inexpensive (approx. 200EUR) it presents a good value for an upscale hotel.
