Ooh we ate such a wonderful meal here, what a quaint little town with its whitewashed buildings. The open-air tavernas offer tasty grilled fish meals and we adored it!

My wife and I are avid scuba divers and it was the first time we'd gone to Cyprus and were very impressed. Warm waters and a range of things to see, like really old archaeological ruins, as well as sponge-filled rock gardens.

Just simply the best place to hang out in the evenings. So pretty with all the lovely lights and the new pedestrian area makes it a quiet and romantic spot as well.

I wasn't sure about staying in Ayia Napa given its reputation, but in the low season it's really quite sedate and pretty, with the Marine Life Museum offering a good diversion for the kids, particularly the dinosaur sea bed!

My girlfriend treated ourselves to a day away from the hotel-beach routine that had become so familiar and went to this cenote (cave-lake) in the eco park. We had to join a tour and got to swim in the lake, cycle about and take a zip line!
