Ranked amongst the best food markets in the world, we were so pleased to discover that by chance our hotel was just around the corner. As you can imagine we spent quite some time here and sampled many of the delicious dishes. Don't forget to check out the art gallery upstairs!

Wow. What views. Totally amazing. First of all we did the observation level to see how terrified we felt and then after we went down a level to the glass floor, which is strangley adrenaline-inducing! And to top it all off, we went to the outside observation deck too, which was amazing.

What a course! I loved seeing it when I watched the Portuguese Open and it was such a treat and such a challenge to play on. Highlight of my holiday without a shadow of a doubt.

Once the first slave market on the European continent, nowadays its purposes are much less morally dubious. Home to an art gallery, the local works make for a great hour or so passing your time.
