Holyrood Palace

Whilst we were disappointed not to see the whole place, what we were allowed to see was great! So ornate, it's so hard to imagine actually living in such a place though it's easy to see why people think the royals are out of touch!!

Loch Ness

I've always fancied going to Loch Ness and seeing if I can spot a Nessie!! I went on an organised day trip from Edinburgh and had just an amazing time. So beautiful there (no monster) and the guide was really fun and knowledgeable.

Picasso Museum

Barcelona is simply rammed full of amazing delights, my boyfriend and I spent a very agreeable afternoon here enjoying Picasso's works and seeing his style changing throughout the years.

I simply adored the flowing lines and amazing colours of this building, every turn a surprise I never knew what I was going to expect from room to room. The roof is simply stunning, but then again so are the bannisters...and the windows...and the balconies....
