This came in really handy for us as we used New Delhi as a sort of hub for trips to the north, south, east and west. Coming through Delhi, it was really handy to be able to dump our stuff at a luggagedepot and just take enough with us for a week's travel. It cost only about five pounds for a fortnight and meant we could buy lots of things along the way and not worry about having to carry them round the country for weeks on end.

The Crafts Museum was the best museum we saw in New Delhi and appreceating how hard it can be to pluck up the inclination to go anywhere in Delhi, I'd say this is one place you really should make the effort to visit. There are demonstrations on site of craft making, there's also a shop where you can buy many crafts for a lot less than you would be skammed for on Pahar Ganj.

The Main Train Station in New Delhi is a bit of a minefield for travellers and if you manage to reach your destination without having been robbed, swindled and missed at least one train, you're doing really well. There's a special ticket office for tourists on the first floor which you should make straight for and not trust anything that anyone else says to you along the way

There's nothing really to fault with this hotel. The service is fantastic, down to a champagne greeting from the concierge on arrival. The location is wonderful, near to a link train stop and a short walk to Pike Place Market. You also won't hear a peep from outside when you're in your room, the soundproofing is incredible.
