We stayed in Benitses at the Karina Hotel - about 10minutes walk away. Accommodation is basic but adequate and there is a pool.

A fabulous tour that takes you out on a baot to see and swim with sealions. Something I never thought I would do but I thoroughly enjoyed.

Personally I think this restaurant is situated in the most beautiful spot on the island. The bar and the restaurant are both comfortable fun places to spend the evening. It serves both Greek and International cuisine.

On a small remote beach on the west coast of Fuerteventura lies the wreck of a ship. The American Star. It takes a fair amount of time to get there but once you catch your first glimpse of the wreck, you are somehow inexorably drawn to the beach where she lies. It is both exciting and emotive.

Just come back from a weeks stay at Bahiazul not only was the Villa lovely but the restaurant was fantastic. We ate there 4 times within the week and each time the food was fabulous, this was enhanced by the great staff!
