National Garden of Athens

We chose to explore this former Royal Garden one afternoon. It is a huge refuge in the middle of Athens - 15.5 hectares. The Garden also encloses some ancient ruins, tambourines and Corinthian capitals of columns, mosaics, and other features and is a lovely place to spend some time.

Super-fun science musuem! My guy and me went, not with any kids, and had a total ball joining in with all the exhibits (no kids were harmed, i hope). Ok so maybe it is aimed at kids but it's so fun and engaging we couldn't resist.

Skytrex Adventure

Sometimes I think that holidays can be too much about visiting as many famous things as possible, when really letting your hair down and having fun is the main objective. So we went here to play in the rainforest (well, mostly the kids did) and enjoy ourselves on the obstacles in the trees.

Kuala Gandah Elephant Sanctuary

This is the sweetest and saddest place i've been to in Kuala Lumpur. The orphanes malaysian elephants are so lovaly, i went in the afternoon and i could help feed them as well as have a ride on them. Please go and give generously! They really need your help.

Fish Spa

My daughter and I were in Kuala Lumpur so we decided to try the fish spa we'd seen on BNTM. It was both amazing and gross at the same time, and felt quite odd until you get used to it. But my feet have never been so pampered, those fish really know their stuff!
