Glyfada Beach

Absolutely stunning beach, quite busy when we went which was quite sad but it thinned out a lot towards the evening which was lovely, and we even got invited to a barbecue some locals were having!

on the west coast of the island, about 15 km from the town so not bad at all

My boyfriend and I took a day trip here and we loved the views from Kaiser's Throne, and saw probably the best sunset we've ever seen with a picnic on the top of the hill.

only a 20-25 min drive from corfu town, definitely worth it

We felt like we'd stepped back in time when we saw the roman fortress and stunning surroundings, but the western beach should be avoided at all costs if you want that idea to remain as it's pretty hideous there. But don't be put off, the rest of the village is lovely and we had a delicious traditional lunch before heading back to our hotel.

Corfu Golf Club

My mates and I went here for a stag do and amongst all the drinking this was an oasis of awesome. The course is so nicely designed, conditions were perfect and it was pretty quiet really. A great day out.

The Basilica Notre Dame

Breathtaking beauty both inside and outside of the cathedral.The blue and gold combination of colours makes the Basilica unforgettable.
