My first impression of this was 'oh dear they've taken the pantheon from rome and the dome from st. paul's cathedral in london and stuck them together!', which is essentially what they did, but the inside is really spectacular, sort-of cathedral like, i could have stayed there for hours just enjoying it. A bit out of the way unless you're going to jardin de luxembourg.

I was thrilled to go here as marie curie has always been a hero of mine. It was amazing to see the equipment she used when they discovered radioactivity and won the nobel prize, really interesting and thoughtful displays. Only open on the afternoons but it is free

I was astonished to find this spectacular cathedral was free, since the last time I wnet into St. Paul's I was outraged at the cost there. Fabulous place, the details are amazing, although I didn get to go up the tower like quasimodo as i'd totally run out of euros.

ile de la cite, you can't really miss it but it's best to approach it from the south side to get some great views across the river

My boyfriend and I went on this lovely trip and wanted to come on here and recommend it. It's not too expensive and it's nice to get out on the sea and go to another part of the coast, and Calpe is stunning, although we hardly had time for more than lunch, the time we had there could have been slightly longer.

Absolutely mint golf course and so close to the town it's easy to pop off for half a day here and there and enjoy the two courses, designed by jack nicklaus no less! A must for golfers of all variety and skill level
