I just loved this museum. The history and the decorations of the tiles are great (particulary the long one of lisbon) but it's the building that really enhances the building into a special place to visit. Set in a old convent the interior is just fabulous, particularly the St. Anthony chapel.

These cute creatures are a bit tougher on the backside than people would have you believe but once you're on and out in the desert you can just enjoy the experience for the most part!

this lovely island makes an ideal day trip with perfect diving areas and a relaxed vibe, we went there a couple of times during our 2 weeks and miss it all sooo much now we're back in the cold.

Great place to get souvenirs for all the people unlucky enough to have to stay at home. You need to have your haggling hat on and be on the look out for stuff all the stalls have as it's likely to be make in china or something!
