Bad Ass Cafe

This fun, friendly cafe lives up to its name. Serving great pub grub such as bruschetta, burgers and fish and chips it was a good choice for a relaxed evening meal.

St Stephen's Green

posted by rlaborde on 11 October 2010 at 09:45

Making the most of the glorious sunshine, my boyfriend and I packed a picnic and spent the afternoon wondering around St Stephen's Green, and oasis of green in Dublin City centre. Within the park there are various walking paths, a lake with ducks and statues/monuments scattered throughout.

City Walls

posted by jhook on 8 October 2010 at 15:43

I love finding out about the history of a place when on holiday and the city walls were really good. known as the medina of marrakech they were built around 1070. They are beautiful, changing colour throughout the day, especially at sunset.

Jardin de Majorelle

I would recommend this lovely garden to anyone, don't just hurry on through to the islamic art museum! with plants from five continets, the sweetest birds you ever did see and beautiful cobalt blue everywhere this garden is a feast for the eyes and a relaxing place to go all at once.

Menara Gardens

posted by xkifer on 8 October 2010 at 15:41

My girlfriend and I took a wander here on the recommendation of some germans we'd met the day before and spent a lovely afternoon here. Not really a park, more like an open olive grove, the atlas mountains provide a picturesque backdrop and the fish in the pool are inquisitive to say the least!
