This place has been around for ages and is great for a cheap night out. They do a vegetarian buffet with lots of great Indain dishes and then you can go to the cinema which has comfy lounge cushions instead of seats - it's like watching a movie from bed.

It might be a little bit ruined now (lots of lit-up bars) but it's worth it for the light on the mountains at sunset...quite literally breathtaking.

One of the best things about Cape Town - loads of different flavours and toppings (and all low fat!). Can't beat it.

Really great yoga place - I stayed for two weeks. They run a variety of courses - so chilled: the perfect antidote to a stressy city life.

Pizzas in Rome are awesome! Each place is totally unique. Avoid the ones that are aimed at tourists and head down the back streets for the true, family-run local joints.

We just made our way from the Trevi Fountain and wandered down the smallest, least touristy looking streets we could find.
