Di Fara Pizza

As I said in another review, when you go to NYC chances are you are going to want a bagel and pizza. Di Fara Pizza is the best pizza in NYC. Now you are going to have to take the subway to Brooklyn to do it, but it is so worth the trip. Domenco De Marco is this little old Italian guy who owns and operates the joint. In all the years I have gone to this place, I have never not seen him there. He has been operating this place for over 40 years (that's a lot of pizzas). The basil is fresh from his window, the sauce is outstanding not too sweet or to bitter. The crust is to die for. Crispy not burnt. The problem with having pizza here is that all other pizza will be ruined for you because you will hold this as the standard for all pizza to come
