We didn't book our tickets in advance so we had no choice but to just look up and the great lady, but it was really cool just to be there. If you want to see the views you'll have to be organised so make sure you book ahead!

An excellent free trip that will keep the kids happy. We started adventuring round battery park finding bits of sculpture, floor chimes and mad art then took the ferry. The kids don't need more than a look at the statue of liberty and this was perfect. we did have to wait on the shore to come back but they have plenty there to keep them occupied too.
