PJ's Pancake House

PJ's is one of those American diners that you'd expect in a sleept little town, something Princeton is not, but PJ's still has all the charm, right down to the waitress offering to top up our coffees. The pancakes are famously good (and judging from other diner's experiences so was the other food on the menu). But be warned, as in most American diners, you're going to get ALOT of food - A half-stack of buckweat pancakes were mistaken for a full-stack. They even sell their own brand of pancake mix and maple syrup to the public.
