Leon Holiday Apartments is an agency providing holiday apartments for rent in the centre of Rome (Colosseum, Saint Peter Square. After booking they sent me a lot of tips about events in Rome and how to spend my days there. Finally the apartment was well serviced and finely furnished, while the price was a lot lower than an hotel. In my opinion the best way to stay in a city like Rome is to rent an holiday apartment or a bed & breakfast. Hotel Trevi

The location of the hotel is what I loved about the Trevi. It is within walking distance to all the major sites in Rome. I got an upgrade on my room for the same price, which was arranged for by the manager at the front desk. All of the staff were very efficient at their duties and gave me some good recommendations of the sites to visit. The food was quite adequate but with few choices. The rooms are average sized and were very comfortable. The people of Rome are very hospitable and I certainly had a good time.

High-class restaurant and cocktail bar. Melting pot of styles. Bring your wallets because this place is going to cost you. Local beer seemed to be the route to go, mixed drinks were no less than fifteen dollars American. Very loud, busy and full of rich and important people. If you are looking for romantic, this is NOT the place

Hotel Viminale

The ambiance of Hotel Viminale is something that instantly attracted me to the hotel. My stay of 2 days was filled with excellent treatment by the management and the staff, great food and lots of sight seeing. The location of the hotel was very good with most of the landmark attractions being very close to the hotel. Access to transportation was very easy. Overall, a worthy stay at Viminale.

Hotel Sonya

Hotel Sonya is a beautiful hotel. It's location is ideal as it is close to the train station. The surroundings are quite, which is rather surprising in Rome. The rooms are decent sized and pretty well maintained. Breakfast is adequate. With walkable distance from all the major attractions, this is one hotel worthy to stay in, for a day or 2.
