What an amazing place! The views are phenomenal and i've never been to a swisher observatory. A manually operated elevator and lovely decor makes this a destination in its own right, not just for the views of the mountains, the buildings and the waterfront.

It was the defiant name that first caught the eye, then the idea of taking a mini American road trip, and we were very pleased that we did. There's so much to see and do and the views from the park are immense! We even saw one of the keepers taking a lynx for a walk!!

We took a day out from the city and headed up to the top of Crystal Mountain on the goldola for some fresh air and some hiking. We had a great day out, and would really recommend it!

What a name! My boyfriend and I wanted to go to Point Defiance to do something and the Zoo was the perfect choice. So much to see, they have such a huge area and the mix of zoo animals and aquarium animals is delightful, you never know what you might come across next! Views from the zoo are stunning too.

Not for vertigo sufferers, my friends and I loved our trip up the space needle for aerial exploration. They have these really cool machiney kiosk things that help you find stuff and point out hidden gems, it was really great. We stayed for the sunset and it was spectacular!!
