When you come across this bit of the resort it's like finding a different world, so sweet and pretty, with palm trees providing plenty of shade from the hot heat of the middle of the day.

We'd not been to Sharm before and were staying in the newly developed El Maya area, which I must say was lovely. The bay is great and the Old Town is nearby too so I think it's the best of both worlds.

Near and Far Gardens

I know that it's what eveyone says but really the diving in Sharm is amazing, even if you're just snorkelling with your kids. Naama bay was my favourite dive spot, easy location but the gardens were amazing.

This is the place to come! I learned a bit of water skiing and some wakeboarding too, and my kids got to experience the terror of the banana boat, which was hilarious. A gret place to get away from the serious diving side of things and just enjoy messing about in the sea.

it's the bay nearest the old town, you can't miss it from all the banana boat whoops!!
