Royal Botanic Gardens

My wife and I really enjoyed it here, such a lovely place, great plants and the view from Mrs Macquarie's Chair is amazing, I could have sat there most of the day. The best bits of the Gardens were the rainforest and the cactuses.

Sydney is a beautiful city and these gardens are a variation of that theme. Displaying a wide range of plant life from the South Pacific plus some wildlife including bats! It is worth walking through even if you are en route elsewhere.

Those looking to spend a relaxing day in Sydney should consider making a trip to visit the Royal Botanic Gardens, located just South East of the Sydney Opera House. It is incredibly scenic, and there is a huge selection of local and international plants. I also love just to sit on a bench and people watch.
