Golden Tulip

When visiting Amsterdam, my family always likes to stay at the Golden Tulip. While it is located a bit further away from the city center, it is very affordable and larger than units you would get normally. It is also a two minute walk to the train station, making getting into the city fast and easy.

Seasons Restaurant

Whenever I travel to Amsterdam, my family loves to visit the Seasons Restaurant. The best deal is the prix fixe menu, which gives you many great and adventurous courses for a low price. The staff is also incredibly friendly, and is quick to make recommendations to find the right meal for your mood and tastes.

Hotel Rho

This hotel provides excellent value for money, especially as it is located near Dam Square. The manager at the reception is very good. For that matter, all the staffs are just fantastic. High quality food is provided, specially Breakfast. Easy access to the internet is another plus point. Ideal location and its very neatly maintained.

Anne Frank House

For decades, the story of Anne Frank has given a voice and a face to the holocaust. That is why when I was recently in Amsterdam, I made sure to make a trip to the Anne Frank House in order to honor her and her family. In this house, now a museum, the artifacts and exhibits poignantly made it more real.

Vondelpark

This is a wonderful public park right in the centre of town that's fantastic for walking, picnicking and generally just chilling out.
