On a small remote beach on the west coast of Fuerteventura lies the wreck of a ship. The American Star. It takes a fair amount of time to get there but once you catch your first glimpse of the wreck, you are somehow inexorably drawn to the beach where she lies. It is both exciting and emotive.

Jump on one of the two historic cars for just 25cents and get a lift between downtown and Hill Street, right in the city centre. This was a lot of fun and is like a big escalator lift!

See the largest collection of astronaut memorabilia ever and ride in a G Froce trainer to experience the pressure of four times gravity! The whole family enjoyed the trip to the space center and it was extremely informative.

This is a great day trip for all the family. With more than 250 animals to see as well as a fantastic play area and interactive learning zone. Not to mention a cute cafe with a surprisingly good menu.
