Playa del Mattoral

A lovely long beach with plenty of space for everyone, waters that area great for windsurfing and swimming and a good dose of peace and quiet. We came here every day when we were on holiday in Tenerife.

This beach was perfect on our city break! There's nothing I like better than spending the afternoon relaxing between morning and evening sightseeing excursions and what a treat to be able to do it on the beach!!

Awesome surf area, loads of breaks that work at different times of the day thanks to the reef. Try by the lighthouse for a bigger break or Inner Kommetjie for fun waves.

Northerly Island

This former airfield is now a beautiful park clinging to the edge of the lake. There is even a beach right by it! We spent the day hiking around and enjoying a picnic in the sun and had a totally alternative but great day out in the "city"!

This is THE place to go for a beach party in the evening! Everyone gathers and there's plenty to do. One night there was a huge bonfire but mostly it's music, dancing etc etc
