Praia da Luz

A little drive a way from Lagos but in my opinion it's the most beautiful beach in the area. If you hire a car definitely head out that way!

Alicate Beach

Our local beach when we were on holiday in Marbella and we rarely went anywhere else. Lovely sand, plenty of space, clear water and loads of shops and bars right under your nose. Holiday heaven.

Fontanilla Beach

This is a lovely beach although it can get busy. The dark sand is pretty unusual although when it gets hot it can be really HOT! Great facilities and plenty of bars right by you.

Amazing! We went for a day's surfing with a couple of locals we met in the bar and had such a great day out! I had no idea there were even beaches so close to the city!

Miami Beach Gay Pride

Just got back from a long stay in Miami where we went for the Gay Pride festival on Ocean Drive. Loved the place, loved the parade, it was just great.
