Simply the most incredible beach anywhere in the world, never mind just Lanzarote. The sand is pristine and white and the cliffs that flank the beach are quite awe-inspiring. Its also a paradise for surfers

Yes it can get very touristy here, but with good reason. Playa de las Americas has some incredibly beautiful beaches with pristine sand. They're all very well kept too and very clean.

A charming little restaurant which gives onto the beach. They have quite a wide selection of cuisines to choose from but I would recommend ordering something from the grill. This never dissapoints. Bon Apetit!

We spent Christmas day on Bondi Beach which was a strange experience. The sand and surf are brilliant and its only a short hop from central Sydney.
