NY Chinese Scholar's Garden

A world away from the busy streets in the city that never sleeps. This garden was my favourite part of the Snug Harbor Culture Centre which you can get to by carrying on the staten island ferry to the other side!

Tabarca Island

What a gorgeous place! We went for the day and loved it. The waters are so clear, but I didn't have my snorkel with me as I didn't know what to expect when I got on the ferry! Definitely worth making the trip.

Hong Kong Catholic Cathedral of the Imamculate Conception

A slightly mad apparition in the Hong Kong streets, but a beautiful cathedral nonetheless. Good, solid and traditional design with some lovely features, perfect for the homesick!

Cutler Majestic Theater

We went to visit my daughter and her family and were taken to a local production by the Boston Gay Men's Chorus here at this theatre. I was just taken back by the beauty of the place, what a wonderful historical building to have available to the community.

White Canyon/Labyrinth

Less-well known that the coloured canyon, this seems to almost have been forgotten about so you can go for quite some time before seeing anyone else! Take a guide and a camera for sure!
