I was hoping for an African drumming workshop and I found one here amongst the art and crafts of the nation. Really good fun.

This fun little place is a cafe, inside a caravan inside an art gallery. Typical Melbourne to have such a hip and cool establishment where even the waiting staff are really friendly.

This is a tea lovers' Mecca. They stock different teas from all over the world and even beginning to choose one from the vast list is daunting. They do great cakes and andwiches too and all served in beautiful surroundings evocative of th British East India Company or something of the like with colonial decor and flannel suited waiters.

GCHQ of Edinburgh's hippy community, Forest cafe is a great place to pop in for lunch, a coffee or a slice of cake. They only serve vegetarean food, all on non matching crockery. This is part of the charm of the place really and it's nice to see that their are people there til late at night chatting and hanging out.

We went here on a recommendation from a friend and I want to spread the word! It's a converted warehouse and the cocktail menu is something special. They have a utensil called a 'stick drink' which the pound and mix together the ingredients for the best cocktails in town.
