Lovely little village, we took a day trip here and returned with quite a lot of pottery and basketwork! I love looking at them now i've returned home to the English "summer".

The island's only water park may have the monopoly but that doens't mean it's not trying to be great! A really fun day out. There are so many different things to do, not all of them in the water with solariums, craft market stalls and miniature golf also on offer.

Such a wonderful museum, housing all manner of things showing the arts, crafts and culture of the Berber people. And it's housed in a stunning palace which is an extra treat. Highlights include Moorish furniture and the elaborate door and window frames.

Our favourite spot on the whole of Kos, largely beacuse you can see the whole of Kos from it. Amazing view. Also, they have some lovely little shops there with art and pottery so you can take something a little different home with you as a memento.

Well it wouldn't be a holiday without souvenir shopping would it? It's best to head here for a great mix of local stuff and some foreign bits too you may have forgotten. Pottery, jewelry and leather goods are top of the souvenir list if you want to buy local.
