What an amazing place! The views are phenomenal and i've never been to a swisher observatory. A manually operated elevator and lovely decor makes this a destination in its own right, not just for the views of the mountains, the buildings and the waterfront.

Stunning architecture and opulent decor, plus an informative museum on clothing. I loved it here, just walking around imagining what it would have been like to live here years ago.

Insider tip: free on Wednesdays so get there early! Great art collection, and the rooms are so stunning, particularly the throne room. Gardens are great too and you can get into these for free any time.

What a stunning and magnificent place. I can't believe it's unfinished though, with all the money it must have taken to decorate it, you'd have thought they would have finished it instead!! Grand place to go though.

Once the most grandest house in the Colony, it's been carefully reatored to 1840, and it's an impressive sight. So much lovely furniture and decoration, I just love seeing coutry manors.
