The Stage Delicatessen is known for huge and delicious sandwiches and decadent desserts, as well as a place where New York's elite meet and greet. Since it's in the theatrical district of New York, you are likely to bump into many famous stage and screen actors as they drop in for a quick bite to eat before curtain call. Know that the prices at the Stage Deli are high, but so are the sandwiches. They pile meat and cheese up five inches or more, so one sandwich could last for a couple of meals (or is great for sharing). The walls are filled with autographed photos and memorabilia from the past decades, and it really is a great place for tourists to get a flavor of the city. Hint: Try the hot pastrami sandwich. It's the best!

Fallon&Byrne offers a nice variety menu for your dining experience. The service is good and the food is fresh. If you are looking for something with less of a fuss then just go to the emporium where you can shop and pick up a deli style sandwich. Also good. Fallon&Byrne also has a wine cellar. This is a very relaxed and a nice treat.
