My girlfriend is something of a dinosaurophile, and has seen all the hollywood films so insisted we came here to the tar pits where fossils are regularly uncovered. Despite the huge fake animals in the tar the Museum of La Brea Discoveries really is fascinating.

As one of the most eminent research institutes in the world, my boyfriend and I were so excited to visit their museum. Packed full of interesting and exciting things, we had such a great time. Having long been obsessed with holograms, the Holography exhibit was my favourite.

The Orlando Science Center has a fascinating repository of science-themed exhibits, and its building alone is a sight to behold, complete with mammoth, sun-filled galleries. The center is home to a grand display of human anatomy, including a giant mouth. Other hands-on displays look to space, geology, and climate to instruct and appeal to all ages.
