Ye Olde Fighting Cocks

The Fighting Cocks claim to faim is that it's one of the oldest pubs in Britain and currently holds the official Guinness Book of Records title. I't s very popular serving delicious tradition English grub and good ales and wines. Mind the ceiling though, at 5ft it was no bother for me, but those of a taller stature will have to bend down. Beer garden out the back, kid and (last time I was there) dog friendly.

I found this great pet friendly hotel recently on the Isle of Skye. Great place to bring the dog for some serious hikeage!
