Lynn Canyon Ecology Centre

Wonderful place. The kids loved all the activities and we just enjoyed getting back to nature. Great views from the suspension bridge of the canyon, especially as it gets dark.

Hong Kong Wetland Park

Certainly not what you think of when you think of Hong Kong, but the sheer variety of wildlife here at the wetlands is astonishing. Beautiful and serene, if city living's too much for you then a morning spent here will rejuvenate you.

I wasn't sure what to expect from a "biodiversity theme park" but it was just great, and everyone young and old enjoyed themseleves which is always good. You can visit 8 different ecosystems which is really educational, the tropical bit was THE BEST THING EVER. watch out for the ones they let roam free!!

Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve Ecological Centre

I went on several great trips into the reserve but I wanted to highlight the great place that is the ecological centre, where sustainable tourism, ecoresponsibility and educaiton are the watchwords. Really inspirational stuff.

Solar Cities Urban Eco Tour

Just a fantastic and eye-opening experience.The great guides took us to tent city, one of the slums, and showed us how solar water heaters and biogas generators are changing the lives of the people who live there, as well as what can be done with an old rubbish tip. A must for anyone who wants to know about the environmental impact of city living.
