This is a famous market and its reputation is not at all unfounded - the fabrics here are amazing and I got so much to make into new clothes and to decorate my house.

Kuala Lumpur Textile Museum

What a museum! I love textiles and anything to do with decorating them, so as you can imagine I was in heaven here. I have never seen such complex batik artwork and I loved learning about all the local fabric-making customs too, am definiely inspired to do something decorative to remind me of the museum.
