The Kennedy Space Center is great for science minded people. Children of around 8 and up will usually find it interesting enough to keep them occupied, but I saw people will smaller children, and it was pure torture for the kids and the parents. The simulator experience also has a height restriction so if you have smaller kids they will not be able to get on which usually means that Mom stays behind with the screaming short child while Dad takes the bigger kids on the ride. With that said, it is very interesting and a great relief from Mickey. There are a few types of tours and things that you can do, so go to their website and figure that out before you get there. Many things sell out fast, so by pre ordering your tour, you can avoid this. Also based on what is going on at the Space Center means that there may be restrictions for security reasons, so again plan plan plan.

This is a pool that will be enjoyed by kids and adults allike. They have a huge water slide and a great wave pool. My kids love to play in the waves, and this is a relatively safe environment to do it!

If you want to be on TV, all you have to do is reserve free tickets for a game show. You may even get chosen to be a contestant! Our group went to the Price is Right show to celebrate one of our friends' 40th birthday. It was such a blast! We met so many fun people and had a great day. It does take ALL day - you get there in the wee hours of the morning and wait around for a good part of the day to be on a show, but it is fun and very interesting as well! Plus the tickets are free!

Ciao Bella is a charming Italian style restaurant with excellent food and live piano music. Prices are reasonable but to save money, go on Tuesday when pasta dishes are 50% off.

This is a trip out on the open water. You will snorkel and be amazed at the variety and number of colorful tropical fish. But for us the most amazing part was swimming amongst the sea turtles. They were all around and not startled by us at all. An unforgettable experience.
