I always stay here when I'm in Edinburgh on business or for pleasure. It's in a great location and the staff are friendly.

Best Western Spring House

The Best Western Spring House is a stone throw away from the Vatican museum and the Sistine Chapel. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The guest services staff is top notch. The rooms are small and the bathrooms smaller, but that is true for all of Rome. However you get a decent breakfast and none of the rudeness that the other hotel's staff provide.
