A fun and fast way to get to know the city, I went with friends and we laughed the whole way round (we had to wear serious safety equipment) but enjoyed the sights too! The sad part was that we didn't stop to go in anywhere but it gave us a great idea of places to go back to.

This is an underground tour. The tunnels are interesting in their origins since the main reason they were built was to help the poor earn honest wages. It's very different from any of the usual tours.

They give you a good tour of the city. It is quite expensive - as all tours seem to be these days. We liked it, but were disappointed that it is not an actual trolley. They give a good narration and you learn a lot of the colonial history.

I am a huge fan of walking tours. You find out so much information and get a normal person's view of the area. This is no exception. The tour is a couple hours and you see most of the major landmarks - like St Mark's Basilica. They take you down some impossibly narrow streets - and you see how it really is. I loved seeing all the bridges crossing the canal and hearing the city's rich history. Not waiting in lines for these places is a huge plus.

The NBC studio tour takes you behind the scenes at the studio and you get to see some of the popoular shows up close like the Today Show and Saturday Night Live. They only take you into sets that aren't in progress, but you get a lot of history - back to the days of radio and the transition to TV. It is very interesting.
