These aren't the really famous ones and they are a bit smaller, but we had these practically to ourselves which was just magical! What a great experience.

Fishermans Bastion

Like a castle with sever pointed towers this bastion feels a little bit magical. And the views are more than a bit special, with St Stephen’s Basilica, Margaret Island, Parliament and the Academy of Sciences all within view plus much more. You can even go at night for free, which we did on our last night there.

Our whole family loved this magical and enchanting place. Tricky to find, it's best to take directions with you to be sure not to miss out! My son loved the cave and my sister and I loved the pools that have been left, so beautiful and excellent for a dip after the walk.
