Visiting the Bull and Finch, home of Cheers, is probably the most touristy thing i've ever done but it was so much fun! Just seeing the outside was marvellous, having watched the show throughout my childhood, and though the inside isn't the same at all there's plenty of memorabilia as well as food.

My girlfriend and I heard about this place and just had to visit. The question: what do you do with all the communist trappings once you have stopped living in a communist country. answer: put them all in one place! A surreal but really interesting place!

I loved this place because it really took me back to my youth, when Mickey Mantle, the great baseball player was one of the Yankee Stars. This is a sports bar that is in the middle of New York City, so prices are going to be high, but the food is really well prepared. There is lots to look at in terms of sports memorabilia, so if you like your baseball, you'll love Mickey Mantle's. It really is the best sports bar I've been in. I highly recommend it. It's very family oriented, too, which is a plus. And you don't have to dress up.
