The last time I flew into Miami, it was only for one night, as it was the cheapest airfare into Florida over the President’s Week Holiday. The flight got in late so I knew I would want to stay at an airport hotel, and being an avid Holiday Inn fan, this seemed a good choice. While the cost was a bit high, it was a great facility, with a clean room, and a friendly staff, even though we got in late. They also gave us a welcome kit, with free drink coupons for the bar upstairs.

This restaurant is a carnivore's dream. Good food, great prices and great service. They are always packed, but be patient, they dont take reservations but are great with getting you seated. Order the smoked salmon, the spinach dip, the chicken salad, and the ribs with french fries, it's just all to amazing. If I lived in Miami, I would munch down there about once a week! It's awesome food and everyone should go there at least once; you'll see.

There is something romantic about traveling by train, as it evokes a bygone era here in the United States. That is why I loved going to the Gold Coast Railroad Museum in Miami, as it made the history of rail travel come alive. A favorite of my family was seeing the old presidential rail car, which is how they traveled before Air Force One.

This restaurant is mainly sought after because of the view that it offers.Located on the Island of Key Biscayne,Rusty Pelican has a spectacular view of Miami. But the food does not disappoint either. They specialize in seafood and they prepare it beautifully and with a great attention to detail. You can always find your favorite mix of seafood in this place. The prices are a bit high, but it is well worth it!
