Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art

I like the way that they have all the greats but still a large collection of modern Scottish art too. You can make a day of it here as the sculpture garden is great and leads to a walk down to the Water of Leith.

Peggy Guggenheim Museum

A simply fantastic collection. I've heard that Peggy herself collected many of the works according to her own tastes and I think my taste is pretty much the same!! Amazing place!

Finally! A part of the museum is back open and it's fab! I love it so much, and they really seem to have upped their game with all sorts of lectures and events too so watch out!

I can see why this is one of the most popular modern art museums in the country! Great collection and don't forget to also go and visit the sculpture garden, there are some amazing pieces!
