This was my favourite area in Dubai, because it seems to have some authenticity and history in the streets. Some souks (although not the best ones), the Grand Mosque, the Hindu Temple and the Creek are all well worth a visit or two.

As a non-muslim you can't see all of this building but if you go to the Fort you'll get to see a lot more than the ground. I love islamic architecture and this is a very pretty one.

We were staying just around the corner from here and loved to come for an evening stroll in the gardens. I've heard that it's pretty impressive inside but as non-muslims we'll just have to make do with our imaginations!

Absolutely stunning building. If you only do one cultural attraction whilst you're in Dubai then make it this one!

Stunning place, really gorgeous, and the kids seemed to have fun here too. They loved the teeny students rooms, whilst I just couldn't get enough of the architecture and the exquixite detailling.
